I hereby agree that I will not make any claims against Volvo Car Malaysia or any of its members/employees in the unlikely event that I suffer injuries or other personal damages while test-driving the provided vehicle or traveling as a passenger. I also agree to indemnify Volvo Car Malaysia against any claims arising from property damage or death to third parties while the test vehicle is being operated by me or while I am a passenger in the test vehicle. This declaration is made of my own free will, with the understanding that I am operating or riding in the test vehicle at my own risk, and that the test vehicle is fully insured by Volvo Car Malaysia. I agree to exercise due care while driving the test vehicle and abide by all applicable laws and regulations of Malaysia.
